Welcome to the Global School of English (GSE)!

GSE is a school of English run by Global Language Enterprises Inc. (GLE). These Terms of Service (TOS) govern your access to and use of the GSE website (the “Website”) and any services or content provided by GSE (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree to these TOS, you are not authorized to access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility

The Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are not at least 18 years of age, you may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Registration

In order to use certain Services, you may be required to register for an account on the Website. When you register, you will be required to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, email address, and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Services

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the property of GSE or its licensors and are protected by international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content or materials on the Website without the express written permission of GSE.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

GSE makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information on the Website. The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. GSE expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

GSE shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, the Website, or any content or materials on the Website, even if GSE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these TOS shall be filed only in the courts located in Las Piñas, Metro Manila, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

8. Changes to these TOS

GSE may modify these TOS at any time. If GSE makes any material changes to these TOS, GSE will post a notice on the Website and/or send you an email notification. Your continued use of the Services after such changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the modified TOS.

9. Entire Agreement

These TOS constitute the entire agreement between you and GSE with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and GSE with respect to the Services.

10. Severability

If any provision of these TOS is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these TOS and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these TOS shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
